Sandeep is a Stanford PhD, AI researcher, and assistant professor at UT Austin, where he leads a lab focused on edge computing, networked robotics, and generative AI. With award-winning papers at top-tier ML conferences like CVPR, ICML, Neurips, RSS, CoRL, and MLSys, Sandeep’s work bridges theoretical research and real-world systems, helping make AI more practical and performant across physical environments.
Sarick is a product-driven AI engineer with a background in biochemistry (UCLA) and machine learning (Johns Hopkins), where he conducted research on protein binding and high fidelity MRI dyes. He has built and deployed AI systems across telecom, finance, and logistics—from causal inference and time-to-event RNNs at LotusFlare to multi-agent fleet management agents at Roadz. Most recently, Sarick was the Lead AI Engineer at PIP Labs, driving several initiatives including influence function research and the adoption of natural language interfaces (eg. MCP servers) to seamlessly register and search IP on the Story blockchain.
LJW is a full-stack operator with expertise in scaling companies from 0 to x. He was previously the co-lead of the Harvard Crypto Lab and Senior Researcher at Harvard Business School where he led research efforts and case writing on how AI and Web3 shape new business models. Before that, he was a founding member of the BizOps team at a high growth business unit at ServiceNOW. Prior to Poseidon, he led Special Projects at PIP Labs. He holds an MBA from Harvard.
